Fairfield city staff proposes $152,360 playground project

A $152,360 agreement with Miracle PlaySystems to buy and replace equipment at Hillview Neighborhood Park includes demolishing play equipment - except the swings - and adding fiber play surfacing. Equipment at Hillview is nearing the end of its use, the city staff said.
