Call for Edna's Law and a public inquiry into whistleblowing

Sir Robert Francis will report soon on the NHS Freedom To Speak Up Review. We ask him to make two recommendations: 1. Edna's Law to replace the Public Interest Disclosure Act which has failed to protect the public, the victims or the whistleblowers.
