HHS Funding Availability RFP Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the St. Johns County Evaluation Review Meeting for the Health and Human Services Funding Availability RFP will meet Monday, September 29, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. , in the Conference Room at the St. Johns County Health and Human Services Administration Building, 1955 US 1 South, St. Augustine, FL 32086 for the purpose of various staff ranking and of respondents to the request for proposal. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceeding, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
