El Dorado County looking at future of courthouse building

As land negotiations get underway for a new El Dorado County courthouse site, the discussion is already beginning over what to do with the current building. City manager Cleve Morris said Placerville - home to both old and new courthouses - will establish a committee to come up with ideas for the older building when it's vacated three to four years from now.
