EEOC Suing Fort Wayne Business For Unlawful Termination

Office Concepts, Inc. of Fort Wayne is being sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for allegedly terminating a woman because of her pregnancy. According to a release by the EEOC, Office Concepts allegedly fired Lyndsey Burd after she told her manager that she was pregnant.
