ACM Services of Rockville reaches deal with EEOC to settle discrimination lawsuit

A Montgomery County business says it's settling a lawsuit alleging it has discriminated against black and female job applicants for years. An attorney who represents Rockville-based ACM Services said Tuesday that the company has reached a deal with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the settlement should be finalized soon.
