Kentucky's unemployment rate stays at 7.4 percent

Kentucky's seasonally adjusted preliminary unemployment rate for July 2014 was unchanged from the revised 7.4 percent in June 2014, according to the Office of Employment and Training , an agency of the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet.
