EEOC Enforcement Guidance on Pregnancy Discrimination Adds ADA Duties of Reasonable Accommodation

On July 14, 2014, the EEOC issued its long-anticipated Enforcement Guidance on Pregnancy Discrimination and Related Issues , which, according to Commissioner Lipnic, "adopts new and dramatic substantive changes to the law" regarding workplace treatment of pregnancy.
