Taoiseach has 'made up his mind' on new Justice Minister

The Taoiseach said his "mind was made up" about who is to replace Justice Minister Alan Shatter who dramatically resigned yesterday in the wake of the completion of the Guerin report into the treatment of Garda whistleblowers.
