Make public Napoles' list: whistleblowers group

As a matter of public interest, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima should reveal the list given to her by Janet Lim Napoles of lawmakers who took part in the "pork barrel scam," and make public, in full, Napoles' sworn statement.
