Lawyer OKs Tuason, rejects Napoles as witness

The lawyer of some of the whistle-blowers in the pork barrel scam is backing the Ombudsman's decision to tap socialite Ruby Tuason as a witness in the pork barrel scam cases and grant her immunity.
