Former administrator claims age discrimination against ICSD

A civil lawsuit filed in federal court against the Ithaca City School District and its board of education alleges ICSD's former assistant superintendent for business services suffered age and gender discrimination when her contract was not renewed, and that the district has a pattern of such discrimination.
