State looking into Pasco library workers' wage dispute

A construction worker nails together wood framing in December, 2012 of the 6,000-square-foot west Pasco branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries building on the corner of Wrigley Drive and Road 76. State labor officials are investigating whether the builder of the west Pasco branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries properly paid workers on the project.
