OSHA cites New Windsor plant for explosion and cancer risks

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has found that workers at Salko Kitchens Inc. in New Windsor were exposed to fire and explosion hazards and a potential carcinogen as the result of deficient safeguards.
