Blossom Music Center gets $5.5 million boost from Ohio Controlling Board

Less than a month after the Ohio Controlling Board funneled $750,000 to Kent State University and the Cleveland Orchestra's Musical Arts Association, members of the little-known state panel signed off Monday on another lump sum for the university and its partner in the performing arts.
