Selectmen to challenge LGC's $17.1M 'shell game'

On Friday, the same day the state Supreme Court ruled that municipal insurer the Local Government Center must refund more than $50 million it overcharged customers, the LGC announced it had previously decided to move $17.1 million of that debt from a property liability insurance pool into a pool for public health insurance.
