Guest opinion: Library planning process was extensive, thorough and open

Although the case for renovation and expansion of the Baldwin Library has been explained in detail at numerous public meetings, including those of the Library Board, City Commission, Planning Board and Historic District Commission, I believe it's time to clear up any misconceptions or confusion on the process.
