De Blasio sick pay bill could put some Staten Island small businesses over the edge

Doreen Meinelschmidt Zayer, owner of Relax on Cloud Nine in West Brighton, says she will have to expend more than $21,000 per year to cover sick pay for her 14 employees if Mayor Bill de Blasio's bill is passed by the City Council.
