Job fair in Norfolk is aimed at military spouses

Spouses of active-duty military personnel, National Guardsmen, reservists, veterans and retirees are invited to a free job fair Tuesday in Norfolk sponsored by USAA in conjunction with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the nonprofit group Blue Star Families.
