Indiana gas station sued after firing deli clerk who filed discrimination complaint

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed suit on behalf of a deli manager at a Lawrenceburg, Ind., gas station and food market, who was fired after she filed a discrimination complaint against her employer.
