Kentucky legislators question former LRC head's raises to employee

Since April 2004, former Legislative Research Commission Director Robert Sherman awarded four extra raises to a staff member with whom complaints allege he had an inappropriate relationship, effectively giving her more than $20,000 in pay raises over the years.
