Feds on track to collect billions from false claims cases in 2013

If it seems like there's been a flood of false claims legal cases getting filed, settled or decided, that's because there has: 2013 seems to be on track to match the $5 billion recovered by the Justice Department last year, with some of the most eye-popping settlements coming from cases involving procurement and defense.
