Englewood Cliffs to pay deputy police chief $100,000 for comp time

The deputy police chief in Englewood Cliffs will receive more than $100,000 from the borough after racking up nearly 1,200 hours of unpaid compensation time as he rose through the ranks in a town with virtually no major crime.
