Proposed move rejected, methadone clinic takes city to court

With the ink barely dry on the city's Zoning Board of Appeals rejection of a special permit to allow the only methadone clinic in the city to move, Habit Opco, Inc. filed a federal lawsuit this week against the city and the ZBA claiming is discriminating against drug addicts under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
