Inmate found dead from apparent suicide at D.C. jail

Walter Calloway, 42, of Southeast, was found hanging in his cell Saturday night, just a day after he was committed there on a felony charge of first-degree child sexual abuse, officials said. Paul Mannina, a Department of Labor attorney, was found with his throat cut on June 18 in the D.C. jail.
