Hampton selectmen, ZBA reach condo height deal

Selectmen will not be suing the Zoning Board, as they agreed to a settlement with Green & Company Real Estate that will allow the construction of a condo at Hampton Beach that is above the town's 50-foot maximum height ordinance.
