Police pair who were suspended over leak of commissioner's expenses are cleared of any wrongdoing

Two police workers who were suspended over the leak of a newly-elected police Tsar's expenses have been cleared of any wrong-doing. Cumbria Police have admitted the pair are innocent after a month of political rows over the arrests of suspected whistleblowers at the force.
