Governor Cuomo Announces Buffalo Billion Plan to Train 17,000 Employees

Governor Cuomo announced today that the Western New York Regional Economic Development Councl is recommending the creation of a new workforce training facility-the Regional Workforce Advancement Center-focused on the needs of manufacturers to fill employment skills gaps among area residents.
