EEOC reports nearly 100000 workplace discrimination charges for fiscal year 2012

During FY 2012, the EEOC - the agency that enforces federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination - also obtained $365 million for victims of workplace discrimination and reduced charge inventory by 10 percent for second consecutive year.
