Trade group files licensing complaints against firms on Dartmouth solar job

Unregistered temporary staffing agencies are allegedly violating state law by hiring unlicensed workers to install conductive solar electric components at a Dartmouth solar farm, the National Electrical Contractors Association of Greater Boston charged last week.
