Complaint filed over Forest Theater renovation plan

CARMEL >> A disabled community actor has filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice against the city of Carmel over the proposed renovation of the Forest Theater. Ken Cusson, of Salinas, filed the complaint last Friday.
