R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes of Garden City, Michigan and Lakeland Eye Clinic of Lakeland, Florida have been found to have much in common by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. EEOC sues over discrimination

For the first time in its history, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued two companies for alleged discrimination against transgender employees. Florida-based Lakeland Eye Clinic and a Detroit funeral home called R.G. & G.R.
