Staten Island Ferry terminal pizzeria accused of fleecing 2 cooks out of overtime wages

Two cooks at a pizzeria in the Whitehall Ferry Terminal are accusing their bosses of stiffing them out of time-and-a-half overtime pay. In a class action lawsuit filed in Brooklyn federal court, the cooks, Segundo Chimbay and Fernando Penazola, say they worked 66- to 80-hour weeks at Pizza Plus at Staten Island Ferry Inc., but only received official paychecks for 40 of those hours.
