Pennsylvania unemployment rate falls to 5.1 percent

Unemployment in Pennsylvania dropped to 5.1 percent in November from the October rate of 5.4 percent, the Department of Labor and Industry reported this morning. The unemployment rate, which is the percentage of people who are not working out of everyone who either has a job or is looking for one, was the lowest it has been since May 2008.
