News EEOC: Bank of America fired worker because he was blind

Bank of America will pay $110,000 in a settlement to a former temp worker after resolving a disability discrimination case brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The EEOC alleged that Bank of America failed to accommodate a visually impaired data entry worker and instead terminated his job, which was located at a downtown Chicago branch.
