Kentucky's jobless rate drops to 6 percent in November

Kentucky's seasonally adjusted preliminary unemployment rate dropped to its lowest rate in more than six years in November 2014 at 6 percent from a revised 6.2 percent in October 2014, according to the Office of Employment and Training , an agency of the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet. This is the lowest rate for the state since April 2008 when it was 5.9 percent.
