Jacksonville building contractor cited by OSHA for putting workers at risk of falling

The U.S. Department of Labor cited Jacksonville construction firm for a safety citation and proposed fine involving an October incident at a home construction site in Orange Park. The department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited M. Durrance Construction Inc. for exposing workers to dangerous falls while conducting framing work at a residential building on Hawthorn Way in Orange Park.
