A lawsuit filed against three Frederick County Sheriff's Deputies will go forward. US District Judge William Nickerson last week decided to keep the claims of gross negligence on the part of the deputies for removing a man with Down Syndrome from a movie theater in January, 2013, along with the claim that the state didn't properly train the three deputies.
