Business, unions dig in over proposed state public pension plan

Round two is about to begin in the fight between business and organized labor over Connecticut's proposed public retirement plan. Neither side got exactly what it wanted in the first battle that ended when Gov. Dannel P. Malloy signed a compromise bill earlier this year authorizing a study of how a retirement plan would work.
