UNION - Union County Savings Bank teller Joanne DeVito said the tipping point came for her when her bosses told her they couldn't guarantee she'd have a job to come back to if she took time off for family leave. DeVito filed a complaint against the Elizabeth-based bank with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission then, in early 2013.
