Solon reiterates claims of 'hidden pork' in 2015 budget

MANILA ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio reiterated his claim that there are hidden pork barrel funds for lawmakers in the 2015 national budget of as much as P94 million per lawmaker. During the budget deliberations at the plenary of the House of Representatives, Tinio said these are lodged in projects of the Department of Health, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Department of Education, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Commission on Higher Education, Department of Labor and Development, Department of Public Works and Highways, and state universities and colleges.
