Pennsylvania's auditor general says he's launching a special audit of the state Department of Labor and Industry and its compliance with a 2008 law that bans mandatory overtime for healthcare workers. Auditor General Eugene DePasquale said the audit will review whether the department has investigated and resolved all complaints since the law known as Act 102 went into effect.
