VVTA capital, operating budgets to go before the county

SAN BERNARDINO The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday will review the Victor Valley Transit Authority's proposed 2013-14 capital and operating budgets, while taking note of the agency's $7.8 million increase in capital revenues and expenditures.
