Jul. 19, 2013 - SAN DIEGO -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on July 16, 2013 that it cited Smile Center Dental, a District of Columbia dental company, with serious health violations involving bloodborne pathogens hazards.
