Texas is one of 21 states that does not have an agency to investigate park accidents and deaths; in Oklahoma, the Department of Labor is the chief investigator. The state's chief investigator and inspector told KOCO 5 News that amusement parks, like Frontier City, are inspected on an annual basis.
