Military contractor to pay $2M in whistle-blower deal

Defense contractor CyTerra Corp. - a big maker of Improvised Explosive Device sensors for the U.S. military - has agreed to pay nearly $2 million to resolve civil-fraud allegations by two former Orlando officials who turned whistle-blowers, according to a government settlement made public recently.
