According to 'THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION - JUNE 2013' released today by the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics , total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 195,000 jobs during the month while the unemployment rate and number of unemployed persons remained unchanged at 7.6 percent and 11.8 million.
