San Jose-based enterprise Riviera Consulting & Management Consulting, LLC, violated federal law when it failed to accommodate an employee with retinitis pigmentosa and then subsequently fired him because of his disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charged in a lawsuit filed today.
