New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced the arrest and arraignment of Jose Hector Hernandez Gramajo, who operated Royal Commercial Cleaning out of his home in Huntington, on misdemeanor charges of failing to pay minimum wage and/or overtime pay to six workers.
