PHEAA exec's workplace discrimination lawsuit dismissed by U.S. judge

After nearly four years of legal wrangling, a federal judge Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit by a former executive of the state's student loan agency who claimed he suffered workplace discrimination because he's Hispanic.
